In-Person Follow Up Consultation – £130 per hour

During the follow up we discuss your progress since your last visit, re-analyse your movement pattern and gait (walking / running). Where appropriate, patients will receive hands-on treatment such as deep tissue release, joint mobilisation, cupping therapy etc. You will be provided with further recommendations and progressive exercises.
